THE IRANIAN BEARING COMPANY has employed highly precise controlling and measurement devices in order to enhance its products in terms of quality. In this regard, metallurgy and chemistry laboratories, measurement laboratory, and tool-controlling room is equipped with the most advanced microscopic measurement devices, microscopic structure study, precise dimensional controls, clearance measurements, ultra-precise surface measurements, such as roughness, waviness, roundness, and also measurements related to product function, including noise & vibration, running accuracy, and more, respectively. In the company's Tool Controlling Unit, the projector profile device is used to measure precise form measurements, up to ×50 magnification, and other precise measurement devices for controlling the tools and devices used in the process of bearing manufacturing.
In recent years, the test laboratory of the IBC, as an associate and accredited laboratory for the General Department of Iran's Standard and Industrial Researches, has embarked on conducting the tests related to the bearing industry for the customers and importers of this strategic product and in this regard, holds the Certification of ISO/IEC 17025 Competence Approval Laboratory.
